The closest airport to Ayvalık

Ayvalık has no airport of its own. The nearest is Koca Seyit Airport (EDO) in Edremit, Balıkesir: about 45 km away, roughly 45 minutes by car. The second option is İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB), about 150 km or two hours away. We deliver to both.

Delivery at the terminal

Give us your flight number and landing time when you book. If the flight is delayed the car waits and there is no extra charge. You collect it at the terminal exit with the paperwork ready.

Returning the car

You can leave the car at the airport before your departure. Arriving an hour before take-off is enough; the handover takes a few minutes.

One-way rental

If you want to collect in Edremit and leave the car in İzmir, or the other way round, we arrange one-way drop-off. Please tell us when you book.

Crossing to Lesvos by ferry

If you are crossing to Lesvos from Ayvalık harbour, you can collect and return the car at the port. Taking the car onto the ferry needs to be agreed in advance.
